The application period for the 2014
Equal Justice Works Fellowships will be from July 8, 2013 to September 17, 2013. Due
to requests from some of our sponsors, we are seeking more candidates who
propose projects dealing with transactional issues. You can learn more about
this by viewing the recording
of our recent webinar. Please also share the recording with your students.
Important Update
As a follow-up to our earlier
announcement about the fellowship sponsored by The Rapoport Foundation (“The
Foundation”) to fund five fellowships - one every two years, beginning in the
fall of 2014 - please note below recent changes established by The Foundation.
On Thursday, May 23 at 11:30 a.m. Central, Yahoo! Finance and Yahoo! News will be hosting a live-streamed summit with a panel of education, policy and financial experts, including Heather Jarvis, to help find prescriptions for what is ailing a generation burdened by student loan debt. Heather has presented at DePaul in the past and is a leading expert on student loan debt.
